Payments confirmed after 5:30 PM will be processed for courier handover on the next available working day.
Orders received on Saturdays, Sundays, and mercantile holidays will not be dispatched on those days, as our courier service is not available.
Orders received during these non-working days will be processed and handed over to the courier on the next available working day.
Once your order has been handed over to the courier, the delivery time will depend on the destination and courier service.
Delivery times may vary due to public holidays, weather conditions, transportation delays, remote-area deliveries, or other circumstances beyond our control.
Delivery charges may vary depending on the delivery location, package size, weight, and courier service.
Applicable delivery charges will be communicated or displayed at the time of ordering.
Customers are responsible for providing a correct and complete delivery address and a valid contact number.

Product Overview
The XPRINTER XP-365B is a 3 inch 80mm direct thermal printer designed for both receipt and barcode label printing. It features 203 DPI resolution, supports thermal roll paper and thermal adhesive labels, and provides a maximum print width of up to 76mm. The printer can print labels at up to 127mm per second and receipts at up to 220mm per second, making it suitable for retail and business environments.
