All orders must be fully paid before the goods are shipped. Orders will only be processed for dispatch after payment has been successfully received and confirmed by Pettah Computers.

If your payment is confirmed before 5:30 PM on a working day, your order will normally be prepared and handed over to the courier on the same day.

Payments confirmed after 5:30 PM will be processed for courier handover on the next available working day.

Orders received on Saturdays, Sundays, and mercantile holidays will not be dispatched on those days, as our courier service is not available.

Orders received during these non-working days will be processed and handed over to the courier on the next available working day.

Once your order has been handed over to the courier, the delivery time will depend on the destination and courier service.

Delivery times may vary due to public holidays, weather conditions, transportation delays, remote-area deliveries, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Delivery charges may vary depending on the delivery location, package size, weight, and courier service.

Applicable delivery charges will be communicated or displayed at the time of ordering.

Customers are responsible for providing a correct and complete delivery address and a valid contact number.

Pettah Computers will not be responsible for delays, failed deliveries, or additional charges resulting from incorrect or incomplete information provided by the customer.

Where a tracking service is available, courier tracking information will be provided to the customer after the order has been handed over to the courier.

Customers are advised to inspect the package when receiving their order.

If the package is visibly damaged, opened, or appears to have been mishandled during transportation, please notify the courier immediately and contact Pettah Computers as soon as possible.

Laptop Screens & Laptop Keyboards: Any physical damage to laptop screens or laptop keyboards caused during transportation must be reported to and claimed from the respective courier/delivery company, subject to the courier's applicable terms and conditions.

Pettah Computers is not responsible for delays caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including courier delays, public holidays, severe weather, transportation disruptions, incorrect customer information, or other unforeseen circumstances.

Please note the following important shipping conditions:
